I don’t know why but I always get stopped and interrogated with so many more questions than they would ask the average joe whenever I travel. And just so you know, I never stim, which understandably could raise some red flag, but I don’t, not in immigration at least. Voy a pedir la nacionalidad española este año y haré el examen DELE en una ciudad lejos de donde vivo. Recien leí que la prueba oral puede que sea en otro día de la prueba escrita. Sabéis se esto es así incluso para el examen A2 para la nacionalidad?
As far as I understood so far, after reading and watching everything possible about the matter, the consulate and comune route is over for good, but what about the judicial route? is it still possible (with at least a small chance of success) to file a case at an Italian court claiming my right to the citizenship, or is even that opinion over? I obviously know the risk of being denied is 10x bigger now.
