Factory scratches?! Is it still worth submitting to PSA?
Fresh out of the box promo.. is there any shot at a PSA 10? Does anyone know a way to remove / fix these scratches?

Knew the Blastoise and Kingdra weren’t gonna 10 but i felt like i deserved a few more 10’s than what i got. Stoked about Pika though!
