How long after approving an upcharge does it typically take to update in app so I can physically see the scans/grades? First time getting an upcharge so new to how this part works. Thanks in advance!

I’m trying to send a few cards to PSA for the first time. Submission process was smooth. Selected the fed ex 2 day option (on the 3rd attempt lol). But still have not received anything for the shipping label. Anybody else have this issue? Or can point me I. The right direction?

I sent my PSA 10 mewtube to the vault in Feb, where it shows it was delivered Feb 24. I haven’t received any movement since then. I assumed 3-4 weeks would be about the longest, but I’m almost on week 7. Anyone else sent anything around the same timeframe? I emailed PSA, but it may be summer before they reply.

I truly have no clue what I'm doing with PSA or selling cards in general. I just rediscovered my pokemon binders from elementary school in my attic like 6 months ago. I submitted back in February, and since then I've done more research and it seems like maybe I shouldn't have bothered! But I just got my grades back and I'm hoping someone can help answer some of these questions:

- Why did the celebi get a 7 and the mew get a 2? They look so similar to me! Pics below, sorry I don't have better ones, they're still w PSA. All good if its too hard to tell without better pics

- Is resubmitting pointless? I was hoping for at least a 6/7 for the mew.

- PSA says I need to pay more for these because their value exceeds the limit I selected. This truly makes zero sense to me. Why does it matter to them what the card is worth?

- Should I sell the 2 as ungraded? I know a guy that sells cards on like TikTok or something, should I just give it to him or sell through the vault?

I sent in a box with 4 different service levels. Fastest on the Express and then down the line.

In my portal it still shows Express in the "Research and ID" weeks later but shows my Regular submission in the "Grading" for weeks.

Does any of that mean anything or should I assume they are all be graded at same time?

First time submitting so any help would be great.

I have a rare valuable card from the 50s that regardless would be graded as a 1, 1.5 at best. Anyways an issue is some owner of this card along the way wrote the players name on the front marking the card. I sent the card to SGC to be graded thinking it would either be a 1 or Authentic grade however they are sending it back to me because they can not grade it. I reached out to support asking if it was because the mark, questions of authenticity, or just too poor of condition and they said the reason was they can not do after market autos, which i knew but this is clearly not his auto. Anyways I think i am going to try to send it to PSA next to see if they can authenticate. Has anyone been in a similar position to as this before? Am I kind of screwed getting the card authenticated because someone wrote the players name on the card at some point?
