Okay odd question

I can’t find my anoles recent shed when I went to clean the tank. My friend said he probably ate it? Do they do that? Google is giving me mixed reviews. Also is this a girl or a boy. Person at store says they’re both boys.

10 gallon tank

Lots of climbing

3 daily sprays

Daily worms but they’re not eating the worms so ima get crickets unless someone has better insight
