I want to be careful not to assume everyone here is suffering, maybe you temporarily found yourself here for whatever reason. But while I know this is going to sound arrogant, I think we have woken up while the rest of society is in a bubble.

We can take a step back and see society for what it is, the pointless of it all. And instagram has made my generation and the next well aware of that. I think for most people when they hit their mid 30s like me see instagram as less novelty like “They have a better life/ relationship/ fitness than me” or “I’m not as involved in politics as I should be”, and just see it as the same pointlessness that it’s always been year after year after year. Comparing and fighting over politics and corrupt people vying for power is nothing new, humans have done it all of our existence.
