Opinion: I don't really like the Atlesian Militaries aesthetic

Now this may be a controversial opinion but I don't really like the Atlesian military aesthetic for some reason along with much of Atlas. I think its because of the fact that there primary colour is white, which, I find rather generic? I honestly would of prefered if the Atlesian military kept the old grey and bronze colour theming as it make them more distinct in my mind or even the Atlesian Knight-130 and the Spider droid colours, with there metallic dark-grays and red highlights. Or Ciel Soleil lighter blue with gold.

I also think apart of dosen't like is because it sort of detracts from the look of Weiss and the Schnee family. Like, Weiss primary colour is white it feels like we're getting less of it with her due to the entire Atlesian Military and kingdom basically built of her aesthetic for their own.

Though I feel like the use of the white and other Schnee adjacent colours around Atlas and Mantle could work if it was subtle way of showing the influence of the Schnee dust company. That you know something is founded or supported by the Schnee family in some form if it has it colours, contrasting with the other shades of colours.

I'm actually thinking about writing my own RWBY AU/SI/OC/Whatever story and one of my ideas was to have a sort of mini civil war inspired by Killzone 3 of the Schnee Dust Company and it allies vs the Atlesian council; Military and its own allies. With the Schnees forces primary colours being white, blacks and blues, While the Atlesian military proper primary colours being greys, bronzes and blacks (I'm open to suggestion in regards to colours.)

Thoughts and opinions would be much appreciated.

Would it be fair to say that Jonas and Mr Impossible take some inspiration from Howard Hughes?

With Jonas Sr. represents the dashing younger Howard Hughes and Professor Impossible taking inspiration from Older Hughes after his divorce and before joining up with Phantom limb?

Anyone remember Proto from Batman Brave and the Bold show?

I love this big lunk. He's just so genuine about wanting to help people and want to be a symbol of justice just like his creator. I hope he can appear in the comics or any other future media. RIP Adam West.

Edit: Anyone remember Proto from the Batman Brave and the Bold show?

G.B. Blackrock was to appear in the Energon Universe, how would you like him to be portrayed?

Ok for those who don't know G.B. Blackrock is a character from the G1 Marvel comics who have made cameos in a few comics and notable played a large role in the original IDW run of comics.

Hes inspired by comic industrialist such as Tony Stark and Lex Luthor, and further shares several key characteristics and thematic inspirations with the real-life 20th-century aviation pioneer and tycoon, Howard Hughes.

I know that Robert Kirkman is a fan of G1 Transformers so I wouldn't be surprised if he makes an appearance at some point in the comics. Which leads to the main question of this post, how would you like him to be portrayed?

I wouldn't mind if they kept him as an ally of the Autobots but maybe take some inspiration from Mr House from the Fallout franchise, giving him an expertise in robotics and software. Make him an industrialist and a technologist, maybe have him knowlingling or unknowing work with Cobra to get access to to Energon and Cybertronian technology. For the betterment of mankind.

If Stahl had fully succeeded in his attempt coup during the events of Killzone 3, how do you think the Helghan Empire would look like under him?

And how do you think his time as Autarch would differ and contrasts Visari's and Orlocks own time in power?

Does anyone have any OCs who acts as rivals to the Schnee family?

Be it directly beefing with the family and a specific member, or from the perspective of a political or corporate rival?

I ask because for my worldbuilding setting I wanted to make one of if not the main human civilisation a mix of Eastern European, German, and possibly some Norse and Byzantine. But I feel like that i'm going to make it seem like just one culture with a splash of the other culture, how can I go about it that makes it feel like a good mix and feel natural?

Hi, i'm an amateur writer and I'm considering develop my own characters and story. I have a few questions:

  1. What would the recommended size for a team of heros?

  2. What archetypes and power types should I use for my team to keep things balanced and not to sammy?

  3. How would I go about making them interesting and not just copies of pre-existing heros?

Any further advice would be much appreciated.
