What set of books should i buy to prepare for entry test??

Im looking for any online sources which would prepare me for ecat, i just gave my 11th boards and think its the best time to begin preparation, im aiming for nust Islamabad, UET or FAST.

So I've done SSC in Sindh board, just gave my HSSC Part 1 (11th) boards in Sindh board as well. I'm going to be in 12th now. Does this affect whether I can get selected into universities like NUST or FAST?
