Gonna relapse

I quit 2 months ago, taking the most important test of my life in an hour, really nervous, couldn't sleep a second and really crave cigs.

Hey guys, some context for the situation;

I am currently in highschool, and am taking advanced level math, I've always been basically straight A in math but this year I am currently at a B grade.

This is because this teacher I got for advanced math is incredibly strict about how notebooks look and how we turn in assignments.

I never was too good at keeping tidy notes (or notes at all) but have improved alot due to his nagging.

I once handed in an assignment 1 minute late and got an F. I'm not saying i shouldn'tve gotten a bad grade but when the same thing happened to a different student he extended the deadline.

All tests I've written with like 3 exceptions (out of like 25-ish tets) have been A-s, and I've gotten like 2 F-s for how "terrible" my notes look. It's true that they aren't the prettiest but I do try my best.

Every time he finds some flaw (I emphasize that this flaw isn't mathematical) in my test or notes (one time I folded a piece of test paper) he berates me for at least 15 minutes about how I won't be accepted into any decent university, how everyone is better than me, and that no one will ever hire me.

It's gotten to the point where I can't really take it anymore. I am afraid of going into class and getting publically humiliated in front of everyone. Sometimes I also have nightmares about this.

I can't switch "advanced math" teachers because of school rules and the only other option with switching would land me in the "normal" math classes which isn't really an option since I need math in the future.

What can I do in this situation? Thank you so much for your help in advance.

What do you guys recommend, should I cut my losses now at -40% or wait for a resurgence?
