I've been playing with the idea of opening a yarn shop. It'd be right next door to a local coffee shop. What does your dream yarn shop experience look like?

It'd be a small town local shop with a cute coffee place next door. Probably end up doing more drop shipping. But I need a physical store for distributor access.

Would you want places to crochet/knit, shelves of luxury spun yarn/ various tools?

One thing I would like to include in a spinner. So if you buy a hank I can spin your yarn into a cake before you go home.

Just looking for ideas.
