I cannot regulate my temperature whatsoever on my period. I get hot flashes and freezing cold for no reason. Literally when I drink water I get chills (and no, not even cold water. I mean room temperature water)
I know this is a thing that happens because I looked it up lol. But I am wondering if any of y’all do anything for it because I am constantly switching between wearing a warm jacket and then sweating and overheating like crazy the next minute. 😭
