he gets home at 1pm now. i wake up at 7am just to get alone time from him but i have to spend that time doing school work and cleaning so when he gets home he doesn’t yell. i sit around wasting my day because i cant play games or talk to friends or anything when he’s home i get so tense i just freeze up and zone out. how do i deal with this? nothing keeps my mind busy anymore.
