Ported out

Ported Out yesterday they sent over the info in a few minutes to email. All went well and I was told I should receive my refund in a few business days. Nothing wrong with US Mobile all was great but promo ended and found another deal I felt was appropriate for my needs. I definitely shall be back to US Mobile in the near future. Thanks again US Mobile.

Promo

Say I signed up for the current promo with 3 lines if one member decides to leave during the promo do we lose the discount for the 2 remaining lines?

Okay so the landlord stated it will be a 4 day project to repair the ceiling. He's telling us we can still live there but all our belongings won't be there. So should I ask for a rent reduction while we are somewhat displaced. ?

I have a question if I port out my main line and multi line, then come back at a later time port in my main line am I also able to use the other number for the multi line again?

When my promo ends I will be switching to Starter. Keeping Dark Star on main line and Light Speed on multi will be using both as I have been when one is congested mostly Dark Star I switch on Light Speed. Dark Star works fine at my home but out and about it tanks. Plus I use my multi line for business too anyways.. The multi line is useful for sure regardless if you're on premium or starter like most users we just want to be able to at least be connected regardless of speed.

What are my options?

My landlord wants to do repairs to our ceiling that is falling. He wants us to continue living in the unit but wants us to remove all our belongings. So we have to breathe the toxic fumes of the paint and whatever else is being used and we also have a senior dog. How can we live in a unit with no bed and etc and breathe those fumes? How does any of this make sense? He refuses to pay and reimburse us for storage or a hotel room for at least 24 hours so the unit can air out. What can I do about this ? We also haven't heard about fixing the windows and fixing the issue about the mold developing on the walls and windows. Advice thank you. BTW this is a 400sq unit.
