I bought a Xbox that had a matrix modchip in it, but I'm having a hard time getting anything to work I replaced the disc drive got hexen to boot but installed to many dashboards I think? And now it'll boot into the Xbox starting logo with it saying xecuter2 at the bottom but stay there.

Is there anyway to factory reset it to restart fresh from scratch? Or can I take it off and soft mod it? Or would upgrading the hard drive and installing fresh there would help?

So I recently purchased a Xbox from a flea market for $15 I realized it came with a matrix mod chip but when I boot the Xbox without the mod chip it gives error 12 when I boot with the mod chip it gives me error 16. I've removed the clock cap to try and solve it but nothing happens I've tried the dvd-r disc of slayer aid and hexen but I can't seem to get them to boot and at this point I'm lost on how to fix it or what? I can't sof mod cuz I can't even boot into dashboard so I'm wondering what I should do? The drive and hdd seem to work fine but I'm at a lost any help?

The stremio apps seems like it closes it out and needs to relink with the QR code after I turn off the TV. Any fixes?
