Всем привет.

Я трансгендер (mtf), и из-за текущих законов получить нормальную гендерно-аффирмативную медицинскую помощь здесь сейчас очень сложно.

Я уже сдал полный набор анализов (гормоны, печень, липиды и т.д.) и хочу подойти к началу HRT максимально безопасно и осознанно, по возможности с участием специалиста.

У меня есть доступ к трансдермальному эстрадиолу и спиронолактону, но я не хочу начинать терапию “вслепую” — хотелось бы сначала получить консультацию врача или человека с соответствующей квалификацией.

Моя ситуация:

• нахожусь в России, доступ к врачам сильно ограничен
• с оплатой зарубежных сервисов есть сложности
• ищу бесплатные или доступные по цене варианты онлайн-консультации

Если кто-то знает:

• транс-френдли врачей или сервисы, работающие онлайн
• или любые реальные способы получить консультацию

Буду очень благодарен за любую информацию.

Если здесь есть люди с медицинским образованием или опытом ведения HRT, буду признателен за советы, как безопасно подойти к этому вопросу.

I’m a transgender person from Russia, and unfortunately the current laws here make it extremely difficult to access proper gender-affirming healthcare. Because of that, I’m trying to find a safe and reliable way to get a professional medical consultation online.

I already have recent blood tests (hormones, liver function, lipids, etc.), so I’m not starting from zero — I just need guidance from a qualified specialist before beginning HRT.

I do have access to transdermal estradiol and spironolactone, but I don’t want to start blindly. I’d really prefer to consult with a doctor who has experience with transgender patients.

My main issues:

• I’m located in Russia, so local options are very limited
• Paying internationally is difficult due to restrictions
• I’m looking for either free or low-cost online consultations

Does anyone know:

• any trans-friendly doctors or clinics offering online consultations?
• NGOs or programs that help people in countries with restricted access?
• any options that don’t require complicated international payments?
