Do GE ultrasounds have needle guidance? I am looking for a convex probe with needle guide, specifically to perform nephrostomys. Most GEs have needle enhancement/ recognition but do they have needle guidance like the new BK ultrasounds for urology.

Urology resident here. Guys, you will be surprised how many times we get referrals for “Medical renal disease changes on USG” and how many Urosurgical cases get referred to Nephrology. Even many consultants in other departments dont have an idea when to refer to Urology and when to refer to Nephrology. Urology is better referred to as “Genito Urinary Surgery”. This may sound dumb to many but its insane people are confused with respect to this.
I tried disassembling, cleaning and reassembling. Now the handle isnt moving as freely as it used to previously. What should I do? And is there a way to bring the zero point to the zero number ?
