Remove customer photo

I received a positive customer review recently and the reviewer also uploaded a photo from inside the shop. All very well-intentioned.

They've pictured one of my employees who wasn't aware that she was being photographed.

My employee has unfortunately had issues with a stalker - not locally but doesn't want her picture on the internet for anyone to find. Understandable and I get it.

Is there any way of having that photo removed? I would ask the customer directly but she doesn't come in all that often.

Suspended and stuck in selfie loop - can't lodge appeal, can't access support

Hoping someone knows a way out of this.

I got suspended a few days ago. I have 180 days to appeal.

The email I got said it was something about business ad not adhering to community standards...but I've never actually done a business ad.

On Facebook mobile app, I get stuck in a selfie loop. It asks for a video selfie, I do the selfie, it says it uploaded and then instantly goes to the below error screen. I've tried going through both a mobile and iPad and get the same result.

If I go through a desktop browser, I am asked to upload a photo. I upload it and instantly get the below error before it submits.

So, the upshot is that I can't upload my ID so can't actually appeal my suspension.

I'm Meta Verified but I can't access support.

I can't do anything other than download my information.

My instagram was also suspended but I got that back immediately after doing the ID stuff.

Here's what I've tried so far:

  1. Waiting 48 hours between attempts
  2. Trying from different devices including mobile, desktop, iPad, desktop on an iPad, different browsers, incognito/private browsers
  3. Logging out and logging back in
  4. Logging out, clearing caches and trying again
  5. Uninstalling apps and trying again
  6. Attempting to get in through the forgotten password option (it just leads back to the same place)
  7. Trying to head to business support but, again, it all goes back to the same place.

Any ideas?
