Been using tretinoin for 3 months, how to incorporate hydroquinone in my routine ?

Ive been using tretinoin on my face 0.05% from 3 months, i have really bad dark circles and PIH sun spots

I use tret at night 3times a week.
My skincare routine is simple

AM cleanser moisturizer sunscreen
PM cleanser moisturizer tret vaseline

  1. How should i incorporate HQ in it and when should i use it, how many times a week
  2. Also when i stop using it after 2 months what should i switch to then ? Just back to my present routine ? Or do i absolutely have to add some sort of brightening ingredient like azelaic acid pr the results wont last ??

(Sorry abt the typo in title, reddit wont let edit)

Hi everyone,
I’m a recent graduate currently looking for a remote internship opportunity as a Project Coordinator. I’m trying to build experience in project management and would really appreciate any leads, advice, or opportunities.

So far, I’ve completed the Google Project Management Certificate, which helped me understand project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, risk management, and team coordination.

I also have hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira and Asana, and I’m confident I can quickly learn other systems/software if needed.

Some skills I can bring as a coordinator:
- Task tracking and follow-ups
-Organizing timelines and schedules
-Team communication and coordination
Managing documentation and reports
Problem-solving and keeping projects on track
Strong attention to detail

I’m open to working with startups, nonprofits, agencies, or established companies…. anywhere I can learn, contribute, and grow.

If anyone knows of opportunities or can point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you!

Hey everyone,

I’m a recent graduate who decided to make a career pivot into Project Management. I’ve been learning through the Google Professional Project Management Certificate and getting familiar with tools like Jira and Asana.

The problem is, most internships or entry-level PM opportunities I come across ask for either a degree related to PM or certifications like PMP/PPM, which I don’tcurrently have the means to pursue right now.

Honestly, it’s been feeling a little demotivating because I’m trying to build myself up, but it seems like I need experience to get experience.

I’m open to remote internships, assistant roles, or even working under an experienced PM just to learn how things actually work in the industry and gain hands-on exposure.

If anyone here is a PM or has gone through a similar path, I’d really appreciate advice on

-What steps should I take next?

-How can I make myself more employable without formal certifications right now?

-Are there other roles I should target first before PM?

Any better route into the field?

Would really appreciate honest advice because I don’t want to give up on this path too early.

I really need a career so if u cant help please bump to get the word around

22F in rwp

Looking for an unpaid part-time Project Management internship (3–4 hours/day) where I can learn directly from an experienced PM and support with daily tasks.

I’m eager to build real experience, strengthen my resume, and grow into this field cuz my bachelor’s degree was in a different area. I already know Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and I learn softwares and systems quickly.

I’m also proactive with self-learning, so I won’t depend entirely on you. If you guide me on what to learn, I’ll take initiative, watch videos, learn and come back ready to help.

I have bumps all over my back and dark marks after acne as well. My dermatologist thinks its fungal acne, gave me ketaconazole and zinc pyrothione shpoos to apply on my back… ive been doing this for a week but its not making any difference…

I should chatgpt and it says its not fungal acne cuz fungal acne doesnt leave post-inflammation huperpigmentation marks… is that true ??
