Help! Question about medical insurance continuity after LWD
My last working day was in the first week of April. I had opted for an insurance coverage for my parents and the insurance premium (50 K) was deducted from my F&F. Now when I try to access the Vidal health portal, I am unable to see any policy details and when I tried to call Vidal it said my phone number is invalid. So, I am worried if the policy expired on my LWD. Is there anything I can do to salvage the amount I paid?
