So, we have been married for a few years now. We have a child together and she's currently pregnant. We went out yesterday with our daughter, and while we were out I could smell something around her. I didn't say anything because I didn't know what it was, and we had just went out straight after work and her job involves running around with kids.

When we got home, she took a nap, and it got worse. Walking into a room she is in is like being slapped by it. She's the type of person who bathes a few times a week instead of daily showers, and I'm worried she isn't going to bathe until tomorrow. I've never had to say something like that to her, I know "go take a bath' or "you stink"is obviously wrong, but what do I say?? And she's pregnant I don't want this to trigger pregnancy hormones. Help
