High-protein soya paneer tikkis, ~45 grams protein
Made high-protein veg tikkis today with 50g soya chunks + 80g paneer, pan fried without oil. Had them with peanut chutney. Whole meal came out to around 560–575 calories with ~46g protein.

Hi All, i am looking for room in Noida, either in 2 or 3 bhk, budget upto 11-12k
I have been into publishing sector for around 5 years and now want to move into L&D, is there any way I can.
This bird was just sitting outside my balcony and I was like, what if he lets me feed him 🥺 That would make me such a good person lol. And then — he literally flew inside and stared at me.
28 F, I’ve always had a sensitive stomach. Late nights, heavy meals, junk food — any of it would leave me bloated, heavy, and uncomfortable. It’s just always been my normal.
About 3 months ago I joined the gym and went all-in on a high protein diet. Things were going okay until about a week ago when everything just… crashed. Sudden loss of appetite, constant bloating, and this general heaviness in my stomach that won’t go away.
I’ve paused the protein supplements and dialed back to basics — dal chawal, light home-cooked food — and it’s helping a little, but I’m not back to normal yet.
A few questions for anyone who’s been through something similar:
• Is this a common thing when you’re on a high protein diet for a while?
• Any digestion supplements that genuinely helped you? Probiotics, digestive enzymes, anything?
Would really appreciate hearing what worked for you. Not looking to quit the gym or the diet long-term, just want my stomach to cooperate again.
Hi All, 28F I have to shift from my current flat this month end and looking for a preoccupied flat 2/3 bhk in the above sectors.
A little about me: non smoker, non-drinker, prefer cleanliness but not too obsessed about it. Don’t like arguing about tomato and onions, eggitarian.
