Just looking for advice here with new eBay policy. I listed a card 01/10 for $49.99. I wasn't really sure of the price so I just threw it up for $50. Anyways, someone ends up bidding on it. Now the next day he says its too much and it's an overpay. I don't want my account to take a hit. Do you report the buyer or just cancel and move on?

Pulled a CC silver rookie but I see a bunch of little lines on the bottom right. Are these on all of the cards or is just more of a common flaw? See tons of of sales on eBay as near mint with the same issue.
