Exchange Rate - Getting Baht After Thailand Arrival

Hey Folks,

So heard some say you need to have 20k baht physically on your person when arriving by air, has anyone actually been asked to show / produce this?

I wasn't asked the last time two times I landed in 2024/2025 but believe things are tightening up this year?

I ask because the EUR > BAHT exchange rates in my country are abysmal anywhere I look, It's so much cheaper to to it over there. Would it suffice to show the Thai Baht amount in my Revolut on arrival if questioned?

I'm entering on a tourist Visa and and all within alowwed limits so shouldn't be any questions

Muay Thai - Pratumnak?

After Songkran I'll be in Patts ( Pratumnak) for 6 weeks, recall seeing a few Muay Thai gyms about there before.

I'm in pretty good shape but little to no MMA experience, would be interested in doing some classes in the mornings - anyone with experience got any recomendations or idea how much drop in sessions costs?

Any research online just shows polished tourist packages from the usual platforms, looking for something more real
