okay so no mentions of number or anything, but does anyone else struggle with needing ‘more than normal’?

For context, (don’t open this if you’re prone to comparison pls!!) >! I’m a 5’3 girl and at the peak of my illness I was still eating 3 meals and 2 snacks, and almost got hospitalised for my weight. I’ve been in quasi for years eating 3 meals 3 snacks and just about maintaining. !<

I’m sure many people would love this issue lol, however it makes my brain go crazy knowing how much I’ll actually need to eat In order to reach a healthy weight again. Does anyone else struggle with this?

this is such a vulnerable post but im so curious to see if anyone else has experienced the same as me
(TW: weight and body talk)

Over the course of my phobia, I’ve lost over 20lbs… My phobia started after I got ill 4 years ago so I’d say I maybe lost a bit then, and then it just kept going down and no matter what I eat it won’t go back on. Part of that issue is I struggle with feeling like if I eat over a certain amount and foods outside of what’s ‘safe’ I’ll get sick. I also went vegan due to this which probably isn’t helping

it’s really unfortunate that my phobia hit this way, as im now <100 lbs at 5’4 and have lost my period.
There’s no underlying health issues, I’ve had all the hearth checks and tests, the only think causing it is the weight loss and poor nutrition.

I feel so alone in this phobia affecting me this way and like im crazy- has anyone else experienced this?

Okay, so I’m very rigid with what I eat with my phobia. I always have some kind of vegan protein with my dinner as I’m a vegan, like vegan chicken etc

Tonight I was making a wrap with veg, hummus and a vegan chicken fillet. Of course, with my luck, as soon as I lifted the chicken out of the oven it fell straight onto my shoes and the floor.

I had to leave the house in like 15 mins and didn’t have time to eat anything else, so I just ate the wrap and grabbed a peanut bar and ate it alongside. My brains having a complete freak about this being too different and it’s gonna make me ill from being too much carbs or sugar or something, especially because I’d had a chocolate bar earlier. I do know though stuff like this probably happens to everyone all the time because things don’t always go to plan!

Anyway , I’m super freaked out but I know that this stuff happens all the time! Plus, even it a nut bar is processed, carby and unhealthy, vegan chicken is probably just as bad haha
