Sleep paralysis
I believe I experienced sleep paralysis. The feeling was that someone (like a weird creature) was sitting on my chest and pressing it down and I couldn’t breathe nor move. But then, next to my bed, there were 3 men (guessing they were men, that was my feeling) wearing brown tunics and with their head down. Has anyone experienced something like this? What could it possibly mean? I already moved out of that place and haven’t had another experience like that.

Sweet potato bowl
I’m a big fan of bowls. So here’s another one. Sweet potatoes, ground beef, guacamole (avocado with Greek yogurt), pico de gallo (tomatoes and onion), cream cheese and pickles! It’s delicious! Really worth it

Salmon bowl
I did this salmon bowl a few days ago and it was delicious. Underneath it’s quinoa, then salmon, mango, tomatoes, avocado, onion and the sauce is yogurt with salt and garlic powder! And on top, sesame seeds! :) it’s a 10/10
