I’m really to falling from last 6 to 7 years i masterbute usally 3 to 11 time a day from 7 years. This tottaly ruin my life i tried so hard watch mNy video but got failed to quit it one reason also is that I don’t go outside much and whenever i lied down on my bed gradually urges arises and i got failed. I aslo try shit like finding purpose and doing chores i hanled and work in my father dairy farm help him in farimg but still i gathered time for this. Really vey much addited to this can someone help me by guiding what to do ?? 🙏
