Its been 15 working days since HR called to ask about expected CTC, location. No updates since then. Haven't received PHT as well. Status showing " Review in Progress".
Is the delay normal? What is the expected timeline and steps? Should i call Hr ?
Also, i quoted less salary, thinking they might not accept if i qoute too much? Will i get anymore chance to re- negotiate? What should i do?
