I saw that hikes and bonus depend on your vertical (aside from the usual rating, compliance etc)

Until last year we had a general expectation or idea about these in terms of C&M or S&A. Now with the new verticals, any idea? I see we get mails about project performance and earnings but what about the vertical? Any indicators to predict what the numbers willl be?

Is it completely dependent on the SM? Read a lot of conflicting info on all the deloitte subreddits and a lot of it is US centric not USI . Any insight appreciated🙏

What’s the minimum package for the fresher who has just cleared CPA ?

Is there any difference for CA?

I have 4.8 your as java backend developer and I recently received an offer from Deloitte USI with 14.5 L fixed + 10% variable. I also have another offer from a service-based company at 16.5 L fixed + variable. I’m considering negotiating with Deloitte USI. How much of a hike is realistically possible here? What’s a reasonable number to ask for? Also how's the overall culture there?

Anything specific I should be aware of before making a decision?

My office location is banglore, but I feel like going home the nearest office is gurgaon so can I go and plug in there for a week? or should I just take 2 days leave?
