Can u transfer from private to another private medical institution ?

I have already taken a gap year and I wanna take one again. I want to shift from pre engineering to pre medical and want to become a doctor. Is 2 gap years a big deal or is it okay. Do medical colleges in Pakistan have students who are in their early 20s and still in their first year. And if u went into one how many did u take?

I want to change my subjects from maths to bio. I am pre engineering rn. I haven’t applied for 1st annual exams.
Give me an advice if in any way I can change subjects give mdcat too this year and get in medical college with batch 2026
