My credit card has a balance of $-141.04 but an available credit of $0. This is my first time in this situation. What does this mean?

Recently, I have been involved in a scam. They told me to Zelle them the money for an item that I was “receiving” in which I did. What I didn’t know is that the Zelle wasn’t their Zelle. It was someone else’s Zelle. So I decided to call the numbers that they told me to Zelle the money to. Every single number told me that they didn’t have the money and they also sent me proof that they didn’t have the money. So now I’m lost on where my money is. I am already planning on reporting to the bank and the police for documentation.
