planning to go to skorea on august 2026 2nd-3rd week and im waiting for labor day sale (may 1) if ever however, i heard of the news na tataas ang surcharges on flights booked on may 1-15. Is it safe na magbook na lang ako now or after may 15 na lang magbook?
