My bf INTJ and his sister INFP seem to have a really strong mind-body connection! Somatization appears to be strong, and when stressed or worried about a particular thing (maybe slight health anxiety?) they seem to have an uncanny ability to feel it physically

I was curious to get your ideas if this is a similar case here in this forum. I’m especially curious if this is more prevalent an introverted individuals (given that introverted brains tend to have higher acetylcholine receptors and more sensitive pathways that can create alertness?)

I already put this discussion question in the INTJ sub as well to get their opinions 🔍🤔

Eager to hear y’alls thoughts on the matter too, INFP lovelies! 🥰

e.g., INFP sis may worry that her eye feels weird and will feel weird (to her) so unless I check it (external influence of sorts) and tell her it looks fine. Or INTJ was having a spazzy muscle in his chest but he worried so much about it being a heart thing that he started shaking

I was curious to get your ideas if this is a similar case here in this forum, strong pyschosomatic connection. Will be dropping this discussion question in the INFP sub as well to get their thoughts 🔍🤔
