Hello.

I have bumped the bumper abit. It’s good on the outside a little lose on left but snaps back in and no issues so far but it’s been on my mind and I wanna fix it without having to replace the entire thing. I have attached a video below. It shows two spots the bolts snapped out. Is there a way to fix it ? Its a 2025 crv.

Was inquiring for RAV4 2026 SE. Out the door on Toyota website is 39.2k including all packages. Should I hold off for now ?

Right now I have a 2025 CR-V Sport Hybrid at 2% APR. My annual income is about 3x the cost of the car, and I genuinely like it a lot. I don’t have any trouble making the monthly payments (roughly 500$).

That said, I’m considering selling it and switching to a cheaper car to eliminate the monthly payment entirely. After selling, I expect to have about $12k in hand, and I’m willing to add another $10k out of pocket, so my total budget would be around $22k. I’m thinking something like a used Lexus in that range.

My thought process is: since I have the capital now, why not just buy a car outright and avoid monthly payments altogether?

At the same time, I’m not sure if this actually makes financial sense given the low interest rate and the fact that I already like and can comfortably afford my current car.

Would you stick with the current car or make the switch? Looking for pros/cons I might be missing.

Hey everyone,

Sorry I couldn’t find the moving Mondays sticky to post in there.

I’m planning a move from the PNW to Cleveland in about 2 months and trying to get a handle on neighborhoods and housing options.

A few things I’m looking for:

Prefer not to live in downtown, but somewhere within ~15–20 miles

My job will be in North Randall, so aiming for a 20–30 min commute

Currently renting a 2 bed / ~1200 sqft apartment for ~$2200/month (including parking + utilities)

Would love something in a walkable area with cafes, bakeries, etc. nearby.

I know Cleveland is generally more affordable than Oregon, but I want to find a neighborhood that has a similar vibe to what I’m used to i.e a city near Cleveland which basically not too suburban.

Since I’ve never been to Cleveland before, I’d really appreciate any recommendations on:

- Good neighborhoods that fit this criteria

- Areas to avoid

- What kind of rent/pricing I should realistically expect

Thanks in advance!
