What else can i add to my order of supplements?
Hello! Some time ago i started my weight loss and fitness journey and it's going fine. I realized that years of bad habits had some impact on my body so I'm trying to fix whatever i can. I want to improve my overall wellness, my skin condition and help myself be healthier. In addition to diet, I'm also strength training. Important thing, I'm also taking elvanse for my adhd. So far what i have on my list:
-Vitamin D
-Creatine
-Omega 3 acids
-Magnesium
What would you add to that list?
