Are these messages coming from an external platform or phishing? Found out my boyfriend has been lying to me about minor things.

Going through his email with him reveled these messages. I am worried he is on a website where messages are linked through email. Can you help me put my mind to rest? I cannot include photos so for example, the email would read ,

" *subject line* Re: John *message* Hi John, this is Jessica" and other lines of the sort from three different women close apart.

I crossed out his username but that is how they greet him. They are all three sent sonewhat close together in the week period. There are no other emails at all like that but just those three in his entire inbox, junk etc.

Please help me understand if this is just a coincidence or him not covering his tracks fully? Chat gpt says a site like adult finders
