42F. Tell me the good/bad/ugly.

I talked to doctor today that I needed something. Zero energy/motivation/or sex drive. I’ve heard you feel like you’re 20 again am I’m kind of excited.

As the title states. This is the 2nd time I have been on wegovy. I got pregnant after the first run and got off. Anyway, 2nd time around not going so well as the 1st. I have lost 30lbs since Aug 2025. None since being on 2.4mg for the last 3 months. I was given a script for 7.2mg just yesterday. Yes I watch what I eat and yes I exercise.

Anyway, during our monthly check in with the MHBP nutritionist or whatever we have to talk to monthly, she said should would recommend to the insurance/employer removal of medication with it being no fault of my own. And to talk to my doctor about alternatives.

Is MHBP standard covering zepbound in cases like this or am I just fending for myself at that point? I can’t take phetermine/concerta/etc. due to medical issues.

Went down the peptide rabbit hole and pulled the trigger on Reta and LOVE IT. Still down the rabbit hole and I want to buy all the things - but also want to stay within budget.

Anything I should add - 42(f) SW:232 CW:202 just started HRT from doctor.
