Looking for a bar with an outdoor patio or rooftop that is able to accommodate a private party of 40-50 people and offers a drink package/open bar.

Open to suggestions anywhere in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, or Wrigley! Thank you!

Basically title, lookin at a few vintage units on that block on Halsted. They are charming and appear clean/well maintained but I’ve never lived in a building of that age.

Would really appreciate any feedback!
