Hi everyone, I’m feeling quite anxious and would appreciate some reassurance or clear info.

My last period was 9th April

Sex and emergency contraception:

16 April: unprotected sex → took emergency contraception (ella) on 19 April

28 April: unprotected sex → took emergency contraception (ella) on 29 April

Other symptoms:
- light pink spotting on 1 May (lasted 1 day)
- white thick/slimy discharge recently

I’m worried because my body feels different, but I know I took emergency contraception both times.

My main questions:
- What is my realistic pregnancy risk in this situation?
- Is it normal for cycles and discharge to be this irregular after ella (twice in one cycle)?
- When should I test for an accurate result?

Lost item on MRT – Vyn (Tears of Themis) teal umbrella

Hi! I think I accidentally left my friend’s umbrella on the MRT 😭 if you have it please return it to me, the item is discontinued so i cant buy a replacement.

Details:
- Item: Teal “Tears of Themis” umbrella (Vyn), gold handle

Around 1130-1230pm yesterday 4th May 2026.
Took the Purple line, alighted at outram park then took the Green line, alighted at clementi.

I’ve already filed a lost & found report, but posting here in case anyone happened to pick it up or saw it.

It’s quite sentimental, so I’d really appreciate any info 🙏 Thank you!
