
Spent 2 hours with chipotle support for them to tell me rewards don’t exist
Spent 2 hours explaining the new monthly rewards. Was told it doesnt exist, hand fed them the URL. Was told it’s only for new members explained forever this wasn’t true. Was told it’s random finally. They would put me on hold to talk to “support” which “customers don’t have access to”. The single worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. Was given free guacamole for my time and being gaslit for the whole time.
