Hey! I posted here about a week ago for my ps1 not reading discs and the drive not working.

I got 1 drive and got shipped 2 by mistake and tried replacing them into the console. Now my discs will spin and the laser will try to read them and simply stop and go back to the beginning position, stopping the spin.

Any ideas? Or give up?
