Hello po. Has anyone experienced this issue with their account? My phone was factory reset, so all of my digital banking apps, especially GoTyme, were logged out. For the past few weeks, I’ve been trying to log in to my GoTyme account, but it keeps asking for facial verification, and it always says that the verification failed. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
