Decided to mass apply for some jobs and received a message from att saying they are from HR prime time executives. Is this a scam or a legit interview process?

I have Pell grant so I was offered it for the spring and fall, but need to retake some classes in the summer. I initially enrolled 5 credits and got $1700 but realized u need 12 credits to be considered full time in the summer since it covers 150% for the academic year, which should be about $3600. Am I guaranteed to get an updated offer once I enroll in 12+ credits? Forgot to add I’m also -1500 SAI which is full Pell grant.
