
How I meal prep differently for my husband
This looks pretty similar but caloric difference is pretty big. For my husband I put oil on his potatoes when I roast. I do olive oil spray on mine.
Then when I put together our bowls I give him two cups of potatoes and one for me.
I cook the meat in separate pans. His is 88% fat free turkey with a packet of taco seasoning split between 4 bowls and mine is the same but with the 99% fat free turkey split between 4 bowls also.
His bowl I added salsa, sour cream, and some cheese.
For mine I do salsa and a dollop of greek yogurt
We both get some roast pepper and onion
Essentially the same meal but mine is approx 600 calories less
