Hey guys So I bought a Samsung galaxybook 2 in March 2023. It's been 3 years everything was working fine but one fine day something happened to My laptop
The issue: When I turn on the laptop and adjust the angle of the screen, it suddenly gets stuck. If I don't touch the screen, it works well.
Then after two days of this issue, a new issue came up. Now the laptop won't turn on at all. When trying to turn it on, the blue light starts blinking (usually that blue light is stable when the laptop is on).
I asked the service centre, they say they need to check after replacing the entire display. If it works then fine, if it doesn't then it is the issue of motherboard.
However, one other reputed laptop repair shop checked the laptop and said it isn't an issue of the motherboard, the display cable needs to be replaced. However, he is not able to find the original display cable.
What to do in this situation please let me know guys
