T750 hash rosin wedding cake vapes

T750 hash rosin wedding cake vapes

Best thing I’ve ever had on medical actually hits and has terps … I can’t wait now for the kallie rosin jars

Yocan Kodo pro

I picked up this thing so that I can use my Clearleaf T750 Rosin cart .. it got delivered today and the cart should be with me tomorrow..

I really wasn’t expecting it to be this small, 1.8-4.2v and weighs nothing

I kind of like it …Yeah there is no protection for the cart but I have a rubber thing that will go around the cart for protection and sometimes I’ll just unscrew the cart anyway and put it in my cart storage box I have .

Medicann

I was with CB one for some reason they limited my prescription to 25% wouldn’t allow me to get vapes.. even though I was on a higher script from my previous clinic LYPHE.. CB one also told me that they have no intention to prescribe T 55 try crumble or the KALLIE Rosin jars coming out soon.

So I moved to Medicann
As it was an emergency transfer because my last clinic left me with inadequate medication I had a quick phone call with Taylor hcp and they onboarded me in 24 hrs and instant access to the app and stock..

I was able to order a 75% hash rosin vape first order and can access 34percent flower instantly no hassle no stress .. I tried to work with cb1 they just to strict the process has been smooth and Medicann have been amazing with the process if anyone has this issue with cb1 or other clinics I can’t recommend them enough :)

Yo, my bad on the last post everyone—I ended up deleting it because the chart I shared earlier had some pricing that people were arguing about and saying was wrong. I didn't actually make that chart myself, but I’ve scrapped it now because I don’t want to be putting out the wrong info.

I’ve spent some time digging through the latest updates from the clinics to put this together because I feel like it's more up to date for May 2026. I'm posting the fee info first to help people when they're onboarding to new clinics, mainly because this is the kind of stuff that would have helped me out.

The second photo of the post is more subjective, so people may or may not disagree with how I’ve ranked things, but it’s just there to open up a conversation and see what everyone else is experiencing right now.

If you spot anything in here that still looks a bit wonky or inaccurate, just let me know and I'll fix it. Just trying to keep the info as solid as possible for the community.

THIS COMPARISON ACKNOWLEDGES THAT MANY PATIENTS ARE FULLY SATISFIED WITH MORE CONSERVATIVE CLINICS. HOWEVER, THESE RANKINGS ARE SPECIFICALLY TAILORED FOR PATIENTS SEEKING 25%+ THC FLOWERS, MULTIPLE PRODUCT FORMATS (VAPES/OILS), AND FUTURE ACCESS TO EXTRACTS/CONCENTRATES.

THE 'PATIENT-LED' AND 'RELIABILITY' SCORES ARE AGGREGATED FROM REAL-WORLD DATA ON MEDI MED BOARD, FOLLOWED BY RECENT TRENDS AND VERIFIED PATIENT REPORTS FROM REDDIT AND YOUTUBE. DATA IS SUBJECTIVE AND ACCURATE AS OF APRIL 2026.

Has anybody tried this? I haven’t had a chance to yet, but it looks okay. It looks much better than shitty black cherry from safricana I had haha

First off, plzzzzz if you’re one of them ppl who says "hash is horrible," you’re probably still thinking of that 90s soap bar full of plastic henna n donkey shite hahah If that’s your reference point, you’ve never actually tried real hash. There’s a reason why every serious plug on IG has shifted away from just pushing flower and moved into premium dry sift, static, and WPFF (Whole Plant Fresh Frozen). What used to be strictly for connoisseurs is going mainstream because people are finally waking up: it’s stronger than flower, and even a "standard" prem dry commercial 120u is going to be testing in the high 60% range, static is way higher . If you don’t know your melts or you haven't really experienced proper hash, please don't come in here with the "it's dirty" talk.

I’m desperate to see proper hash hit the UK medical market. Solventless hash is arguably cleaner than flower—you’re literally just removing the trichome heads and leaving the plant matter behind. If I can avoid smoking excess plant material while keeping all the terpenes and oils, that’s a win for any medical patient.

We are finally seeing the first "gateway" product. Around mid-May, apparently loool yet I am waiting to see anyone post some it’s coming in via Cantourage dropping the T55 Tri Crumble. This month

This is basically the first solvent-free concentrate hitting our clinics. It’s made by Vangyptian, who are absolute legends in the Canadian hash scene. They are true masters of the craft, and while this is being sold as "crumble" to keep the regulators happy (because it’s easier to standardise and test), it’s essentially ice bubble hash that’s been processed.

It’s kinda annoying but understandable they have to test and regulate everything but the tech is already there. In Canada, you can literally walk into a store and buy 2g blocks of pressed Moroccan or traditional Temple Balls (brands like Vortex and Red Market).

So Medropharm move 200kg of medical-grade Moroccan hash into Switzerland recently with the intent to bring it to the UK and Australia. They have now made connections to rif mountains and giving Morocco a chance to legally move a product in a medical setting Wich is interesting I did a search into this and a guy named Patrick Widmer is behind it

Patrick Widmer admitted he’s been planning this for 25 years. Why? Because you can grow high-THC flower anywhere in a lab, but you cannot replicate the "Moroccan Hash" brand. In the pharmaceutical world, branding is everything. By being the first to legally export from the Rif, Medropharm isn't just selling a product; they are trying to own the Moroccan Hash category. They want to be the sole legal gatekeepers of a hash that already has hundreds years of global marketing behind it.

The supply chain is forming, and companies like 4C Labs and Kallie (with their T70 live rosin) again meant to be coming this month to uk so people are trying to kick the door down.

Right now, "real" pressed hash like Lebanese or Moroccan is still stuck in that "too close to street product" category for the Home Office, but the T55 drop is the test. If that works, the door is open.

Traditional hash is "dirty" by pharma standards pesticides, heavy metals, uneven THC distribution

With static sift and ice extraction now pretty much mastered … Medropharm isn't just buying hash
they helped build the infrastructure (with the Swiss Embassy) to control the process from seed to press

They’ve essentially spent the last two years "scrubbing" the Moroccan supply chain so that when it finally hits a UK pharmacy, it’s been tested, tracked, and taxed until it’s unrecognizable to a traditional smoker—but perfectly legal for a doctor to sign off on (hopefully that is) .

What’s everyone’s take? Are you waiting for proper pressed hash to hit the portals, or are you sticking to flower? Do you think the regulators will ever let a traditional 5g temple ball through, or are we going to be stuck with "crumbles" for the foreseeable?

Ever wondered who is actually running CB1 Medical?

Despite their "patient-first" marketing, the clinic is run by directors who are high-level figures within the NHS and DHU Healthcare and willows health (one of the largest NHS urgent care providers).

CB1 Medical was actually established by Willows Health. On CB1’s own website, they state that they are "proudly part of the Willows Health family." This means the same people running your local NHS GP services are the ones running your private cannabis care.

Willows Health is the largest NHS primary care provider in the Midlands. They serve over 65,000 patients across multiple GP surgeries. They aren't just a small clinic; they are a major corporate player in the NHS system.

The Hypocrisy is Real:

  1. The "Side-Hustle" Mentality: The founder (Prof. Rishabh Prasad) and Medical Director (Prof. Tariq Kapasi) are both senior NHS leaders. Prasad has a background as a Primary Care Director for Health Education England, and Kapasi is a Principal GP. They are running CB1 on the side, applying restrictive NHS "gatekeeping" to a private cannabis industry. They treat legal patients like they are "abusing the system" for asking for the meds they actually need.

  2. "Affordable" but Ineffective: They lure you in with a "£50 for life" fee, then recoup the cost by forcing patients onto lower-potency flower and tiny 30g/40g caps. When your treatment fails because the dose is too low, you're stuck in a loop of waiting for reviews just to fight for the dose you were already stable on at your last clinic.

  3. Ignoring Clinical History: They frequently ignore proven medical records. Even if you have been stable on 50g+ elsewhere, they treat you like a beginner and reset your limits. This isn't healthcare; it's a refusal to acknowledge specialist evidence in favor of a "one-size-fits-all" GP approach.

  4. The Monumental Data Breach: In August 2024, these "NHS professionals" oversaw a massive security failure. A 2,600-page document was leaked on a public site, exposing the names, birth dates, and prescription details of over 4,000 patients. They claim to be experts in "governance," yet they couldn't even keep your medical data off Google.

  5. Gatekeeping the Good Stuff: Their portal is designed to hide high-potency options like Phant T55 Tri-Crumble (supplied by Cantourage) or live rosins or flower over 25%. They want to keep you on bulk low percentage flower while they collect your fees and maintain their NHS standing.

They tell you on nhs website that cannabis is bad and may cause schizophrenia and this only prescribed for two things really and never in flower form , but then the same doctors we’re not working for NHS will tell you about the amazing properties of cannabis and how it can help you mental mental health and many of illnesses

CB1 isn't a specialist cannabis clinic—it’s a group of NHS corporate managers running a side-business with GP-style restrictions. They want your subscription, but they won't give you the medicine that actually works for complex sensory and sleep needs.

When you feel like you are being "gatekept" or treated like an NHS patient instead of a private specialist patient, it’s because you are. The directors are using the Willows Health / NHS primary care model to run CB1.

In the NHS, the goal is often "minimal effective dose" and "cost-saving," which is the exact opposite of what you need for a private, specialist cannabis prescription for complex sensory and sleep issues.
