Hey, I’ve just been accepted to Medicann and feel a bit overwhelmed. I don’t know where to start. Apologies for lots of dumb questions ahead, I’ve never used cannabis. I’m also blind. Will I need anything other than a vape? I was looking at Pax Plus because it has simple buttons and haptic vibrations so I’d be able to tell when was up to temp etc. Any reviews or better suggestions? Need to make sure there’s something I can use to tell when it’s ready though as can’t see the screen. Also not sure how to prep the MC to put in. I’m not sure where I can see what my prescription allows me to add in the app. Is there a limit? Somewhere I can see what quantity I’m allowed? Also, there’s so many products, I have no idea what to try. I’m using for chronic insomnia and anxiety if anyone has any suggestions? Sorry, I know this is super noob. I really hope this can make a difference to me.

hi all, i applied to alternaleaf about a month ago now, ive had my first appointment and second however there was miscommunication about my SCR, i originally sent screenshots from my NHS app and the women said that was fine and the second doctor didn’t mention needing anything more, so i asked if there was an alternative to SCR as my GP is super slow, they sent me a link to allow them to view some of the stuff on my NHS app.

But i’m now super stressed as i have previous substance abuse on my record, to clarify i have never had any addiction issues i went through a phase when i was 16 where i tried a lot of different drugs, has anyone with this on their record been approved or denied?

Really worried that i now won’t be approved because of this, i also have 2 serious suicide attempts on record (i have heard people not be approved because of this) and also in Nov 2025 i was in hospital due to Anorexia and i was a very low weight to the point my brain was not functioning well and i was confused and paranoid, there is one document referring to this paranoia so i now have 3 potential things (none of which affect me now) that may stop me getting approved.

If anyone has any experience with how they’d go about this please let me know :(

I'm wanting recommendations for which is the more effective (for relaxation & sleep) and better tasting overall strain between the "4c labs grape cream cake" which is £72 and "upstate Wedding pie" which is at £60. I have been doing some research and both are consistently praised but i'm struggling to make my mind up.

I don't want to purchase all three as i have some strains left over from my last script.

Do nhs fund MC I am already a private patient but due to illness AS in my spine iv now had to give up work so unfortunately cannot afford my monthly subscription I have literally been struggling with minimum use just to try get me through the month but I’m experiencing a lot more pain I’m just wondering if anyone has had the same experience
