Eating for joy changed my life. Does anyone else feel like this??

Not talking about the doughnuts kind of joy, or trying the latest "trending diet", counting macros, or “clean eating”.

There's such a cultural thing about healthy eating and how & why you eat the way you do - I just found it exhasting!

Now I’m more interested in food that’s GOOD for me AND makes life feel RICHER.

Proper meals. Fresh ingredients. Colour. Flavour. Food I actually look forward to, that leaves me feeling better afterwards AND is nourishing for my body wihtout being strict.

I have a wayyy better mood, more energy, more up for things and a feel more me!!!

Has anyone else had this shift? What changed for you???

Has eating well become more enjoyable as you’ve got older??

I’m interested in whether people start to see healthy eating differently later in life.

Less as dieting or restriction, and more as something that helps you feel good, live well, and enjoy your day.

Do you find yourself appreciating fresh, colourful, properly cooked food more now?
What does a genuinely good meal do for you, your day and your outlook of life?

How to find JOY in healthy eating?

Some people eat habitually, for speed and convenience because life is busy. Others eat to fuel their goals like building strength, losing weight or going further and faster. Many eat for their health, but turn the plate into something strict - something to optimise, measure and solve.

I want to know what healthy eating FEELS like when you eat for JOY.

And how you do that.

Not for indulgence or vanity reasons, but for a love of self, health and tasty, balanced, nourishing food you enjoy cooking.

Thankuuuu
