Am aplicat la un rol de AR Disputes Specialist în cadrul Deloitte și am primit un assessment pe TestGorilla pentru un “Finance Operate Role”.

Am încercat să găsesc informații sau practice tests, dar nu prea găsesc exemple concrete pentru zona asta de Finance / AR.

A trecut cineva prin acest proces? Ce tipuri de teste conține? Mai mult logică și personalitate sau și întrebări tehnice de Accounts Receivable / disputes / finance?

Orice sfat legat de pregătire sau experiența voastră m-ar ajuta enorm 🙏

My boyfriend attended one of the Wizz Air cabin crew recruitment days on February 27. He successfully passed all the interview stages, and in the end there were only three candidates left out of around 15.

Two days later, he received an email confirming that he was selected and that he should wait for another email with training details for the Bucharest base. Another girl from his group was also selected.

However, both of them are still waiting for that training email.

My question is — has anyone else been in a similar situation with Wizz Air? Does it normally take this long to receive training details? Is there any chance they might not call them in the end? How does their recruitment process actually work from start to finish?

At the end of the interview, they seemed quite impressed with his skills (he also has a flight attendant certification recognized in the EU), and they even asked if he would be available to start around May 20. But it’s already been a few months since he was selected, and we’ve noticed that Wizz Air keeps organizing recruitment days every month since then.

Salut! Prietenul meu a fost la una din zilele de recrutare pentru cabin crew la Wizzair in 27 Februarie. A trecut de toate fazele interviului, la final ramasesera trei persoane din vreo 15.

Dupa 2 zile a primit mail ca a fost selectat si ca trebuie sa astepte un mail cu datele de training pentru baza din Bucuresti. Din grupa lui a mai fost selectata o alta fata.

Amandoi inca asteapta mail-ul legat de inceperea training-ului.

Intrebarea mea, mai este cineva pe aici care a fost in situatia asta cu Wizz? Chiar atat de mult se asteapta pentru training? E posibil sa isi ia teapa si sa nu il mai cheme? Stiti cum fuctioneaza recrutarea la ei cap coada?

Mentionez ca la finalul interviului fiind destul de impresionati de skill-urile lui ( el are si curs de flight attendant recunoscut in UE) l-au intrebat daca e disponibil sa inceapa undeva pe 20 mai…insa sunt deja cateva luni de cand a fost selectat si vedem ca Wizz organizeaza recruitment days in fiecare luna de atunci.
