Job offer doesn’t match internal salary band

Just started a new role. The job description had a 10k range salary range on it, so when negotiating I mentioned I’d accept a the top5k range. They offered me the role and I negotiated 2k higher. Once I started I noticed that they have the department hierarchy with salary bands attached as part of their career progression and growth plans. The range they had in the application showed way lower than what was in that internal hierarchy structure for the role I’m currently in.. what gives? Did they really lowball me just for me to get hired and see that information which I’m getting underpaid?

I get really anxious and sadness when meeting a new stranger

I’m speaking to work related meetings but I guess it’s the same when seeking new friendships as well.at work, people always end up being super nice and helpful but it never stops me from worrying less about meeting them. Has anyone ever just overcome this or what can I do that will make me less nervous?

Saw my crush on one of the apps

Basically the title. I (F) Recently got shown my crush (male) of all people on the apps. I’ve noticed some mixed signals from them, so I’m really not sure what he’s looking for, at one point mentions he wants to settle down and then another he says he’s dating someone. Now I’ve come across his profile, mentioned he’s single but based on their profile, says short term and just on the apps looking for recommendations. Is it worth pursuing or am I just acting for a heartache? I am looking for something long term

performing a pm role or not?just got a new role after being a business analyst. In my current role, I work with stakeholders to understand what needs to be changed in the system, we have meetings to discuss the background and why it’s needed. I write the requirements documents /user stories associated with either a feature or just one enhancement and I explain the changes in refinement for devs. My last role I was given feature information from the pm and reqs and then coordinated with the devs to understand how the changes would be made in the system and with that technical knowledge write out the stories based on the input and refine stories needed. I know every company is different but I feel like I’m in pm territory, what are your thoughts?
