Just turned 18 and have missed the entirety of highschool basically got 1 year left and no clue what to do

Diagnosed with depression social anxiety and adhd but really need to get my life together,

Have adhd meds which works alright.

Tried antidepressants but got no motivation for anything when taking it so quitting those.

Tried cbt therapy did not do enough

Have contacted the school but they have no plan just for me to try online school which is useless since im only doing 1 subject half a year.

Tried going to school at the start of highschool but dropped out due to my anxiety increasing by every day

Want to move to a different city but dont know how to since i live with my parent

Am i screwed or what are my chances?

To summarize i just turned 18 and i got 1 year until highschool is over and Ive practically missed everything due to social anxiety.

+got absolutely 0 friends so cant socialize that way or go to school without feeling outcasted /:

Ive got major social anxiety for years now due to depression when i was very young and an unstable childhood, not gonna vent but its alot.

The things i cannot do atm include moving cities due to me being young living with my parent unless you guys got any ideas, i want so many things in life but it feels kinda out of my own control.

Tried cbt therapy but didn’t do what i wanted it to but learned good stuff from it and i think most of my anxiety is caused from the small city i live in due to shame etc ”what my therapist told me”

If you took the time to read this i just really need guidance and don’t know what to do id appreciate any advice!
