Hi everyone,

I’m having a really frustrating issue trying to list tickets on Viagogo and was wondering if anyone here has experienced something similar or knows what to do.

I’ve tried multiple times to list 4 tickets for the Saudi Arabia vs Uruguay match. Each time, the listing initially shows as “pending,” but after a few hours, it just completely disappears — like it never existed. It’s not marked as removed or rejected, it’s just gone.

I’ve contacted Viagogo support several times. Every time, they tell me to wait up to 72 hours for verification, but I never get any follow-up. I also tried creating a listing and immediately contacting them to send proof of purchase. I sent the documents as requested, but the exact same thing happens: the listing stays pending for a bit, then disappears.

The most confusing part is that every agent gives me a different answer, and no one seems able to explain what’s actually going wrong.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Any idea what I should do to fix this?
